Give in Lent Calendar 2026

The six weeks of Lent is often a time when people want to give to those who face a time of crisis. At Bridgwater Foodbank we suggest that you give something each week, if you can.
Here are some suggestions:

| Week 1 | Drinks | Teabags, instant coffee, squash, juice, long-life milk… |
| Week 2 | Packets | Pasta, rice, biscuits, instant mash, instant noodles, sugar, cereal… |
| Week 3 | Jars | Jam, peanut butter, pasta sauce… |
| Week 4 | Tins (savoury) | Meat, fish, vegetables, potatoes, tomatoes, soup… |
| Week 5 | Tins (sweet) | Fruit, rice pudding, custard… |
| Week 6 | Household/ toiletries |
Shampoo, shower gel, sanitary towels, toothpaste/brush, toilet rolls, washing up liquid… |
